A computer system includes a computer device, a mouse and a mouse pad device. The computer device has a display module and a first processing circuit. The mouse outputs a first movement data when it moves along a first movement track. The mouse pad device includes a mouse pad body, a pressure sensing module and a second processing circuit. The pressure sensing module outputs a pressure sensing data when the mouse is disposed on the mouse pad body. The second processing circuit determines that a center of gravity of the mouse moves along a second movement track according to the pressure sensing data and outputs a second movement data. When the first processing circuit determines that an included angle between the first movement track and the second movement track is less than a predetermined threshold according to the first movement data and the second movement data, the first processing circuit controls a cursor on the display module to move correspondingly.
