Zusammenfassung:	A foldable display stand structure comprises a main frame body disposed on a base seat, a rear frame body and at least one laminate board set. The main frame body includes two supporting rods. The at least one laminate board set is disposed between the two supporting rods and can be moved up and down along the supporting rods to a desired height and adjusted to a desired inclined angle and fixed. The rear frame body is pivotally connected to the main frame body and the base seat, enabling the base seat to be turned and folded relative to the main frame body into a collapsed state or turned and unfolded relative to the main frame body into an expanded and standing state. Moreover, the rear frame body is detachable from the base seat so as to turn the main frame to a tilt position in a tilted state. Hence, the foldable display stand structure can be changed to different forms to meet user's needs.
