Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a use of a Hericium erinaceus solid culture extract for preparing a composition for delaying aging and treating Alzheimer's disease. A preparation method of the Hericium erinaceus solid culture extract comprises: 1) culturing Hericium erinaceus in a solid culture medium to obtain a Hericium erinaceus solid culture mycelium; and 2) extracting the Hericium erinaceus solid culture mycelium with an alcohol solvent under a temperature condition and a time condition. The Hericium erinaceus solid culture extract of the invention has the effects of promoting neuronal differentiation, delaying aging, improving learning and memory, increasing antioxidant activity, and reducing blood triglycerides and total cholesterol levels.
