Zusammenfassung:In the building valuation method and system based on urban and rural attributes, a valuation server collects the transaction information of all historical transaction buildings in the geographic area where the target building is located according to the data server. The transaction quantity and average price per ping of historical transaction buildings of apartments and mid-raise apartments types are calculated for each grid area of the geographic area to obtain transaction quantity distribution data and average price distribution data per ping. The adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system algorithm is used and the transaction quantity and average price per ping are taken as variables to analyze transaction information, transaction quantity distribution data, and average price distribution data per ping so as to obtain a building valuation model related to the urban and rural attributes.
