A supporting frame has a through-hole and the lower surface thereof has an engaging surface surrounding the through-hole. A rotation mechanism includes a cover element, a supporting rod, an engaging element, a sliding element and multiple elastic elements. The cover element is placed on elastic supporting elements disposed on the supporting frame, the user operation is performed on the cover element. The supporting rod is connected to the cover element and through the through-hole. The engaging element is disposed on the supporting rod and adapted to be engaged with the engaging surface. The sliding element is connected to the supporting rod.
