Zusammenfassung:	A real-time processing device for fish harvest of a fishing boat comprises an on-board unit installed on the fishing boat, and a shore unit linked with the on-board unit by information. The device can be matched with a real-time processing method for fish harvest of a fishing boat. The method comprises a selection step of using a selection module of the on-board unit to select a plurality of surviving fishes; a bleeding step of using a bleeding apparatus of the on-board unit to bleed the fishes and placing them in a circulation space; a chilling step of keeping the bled fishes in a chilling tank of the on-board unit; and a communication step of using a transmitter of the on-board unit to transmit the fish harvest information to a receiver of the shore unit. The shore unit further includes a server capable of performing management according to the fish harvest information so as to meet the standard of halal certification.
