Zusammenfassung:	An electronical connector includes a first clamp, a second clamp, at least one electronical connecting port and a wireless transmitter. The first clamp includes a base and a first clamp portion. The second clamp is pivoted to the base, wherein the second clamp includes a second clamp portion and a positioning portion located at the second clamp portion. The first clamp portion and the second clamp portion are arranged side by side. The electronical connecting port is disposed at the base, and the wireless transmitter is disposed at the first clamp portion. The positioning portion includes a positioning through hole, a positioning recess, or a positioning protrusion extending toward the first clamp portion. An electronic device is also provided.
