Zusammenfassung:	A stacked electronic device includes a first sub-device, a second sub-device, at least one supporting member, and a pair of hollow screw. The first sub-device has a first main body and a bottom shell. The second sub-device has a second main body and an upper cover. The at least one supporting member is disposed between the first sub-device and the second sub-device. The at least one supporting member is formed with a screw channel. Each hollow screw is formed with a hollow channel which is corresponded with the screw channel. One hollow screw screws the bottom shell of the first sub-device to a top end of the screw channel of the supporting member. The other hollow screw screws the upper cover of the second sub-device to a bottom end of the screw channel of the supporting member.
