Zusammenfassung:To provide a manufacturing method of a high attenuation composition capable of forming a high attenuation member with smaller temperature dependence of attenuation performance while excellent in the attenuation performance and rigidity, and also to provide a manufacturing method of a viscoelastic damper having a viscoelastic body including the high attenuation composition formed by the manufacturing method. A manufacturing method of a high attenuation composition includes a step of mixing, to two kinds of crosslinkable rubber being polyisoprene rubber and polybutadiene rubber, 100-150 pts.mass of silica, 1-10 pts.mass of alkyl type silylation agent, 15-30 pts.mass of phenyl type silylation agent, and 1-10 pts.mass of silane coupling agent relative to the total 100 pts.mass of the two kinds of crosslinkable rubber, and kneading at a temperature 145-175 DEG C. A manufacturing method of a viscoelastic damper includes a step of forming a viscoelastic body by the high attenuation composition.
