Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a detection device. The detection device comprises a substrate and a test head which are sequentially stacked on a circuit board, and a transmission line is arranged on the substrate and is electrically connected with the circuit board and a probe of the test head, so that the transmission path of a radio frequency signal is shortened; therefore, when the antenna is detected, the attenuation of the radio frequency signal can be effectively reduced so as to improve the accuracy of the test result.
