Zusammenfassung:	The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a urethane (meth)acrylate polymer which enables the achievement of a coating film that prevents bleeding of an ultraviolet absorbent, while having excellent weather resistance, scratch resistance and transparency; and a curable composition which contains this urethane (meth)acrylate polymer. The present invention also addresses the problem of providing a laminate and a decorative film, each of which has a layer that is formed of a cured product of the above-described urethane (meth)acrylate polymer or a curable composition containing the above-described urethane (meth)acrylate polymer on the surface. The problems are solved by a urethane (meth)acrylate polymer which has a chemical structure represented by formula (1).
