The present invention provides a maritime multifunctional data-acquisition system, comprising an operation control unit, a real-time module, at least a first interface module, at least a second interface module, at least third interface module and a short circuit protection module, a signal conversion module, at least a water temperature sensor module, a continuous acquisition module, a high-speed acquisition and analysis module, a shortage module, a power source module. The real-time module is used to define a time value. The said first interface module, signal conversion module and third interface module are used to extend to externally connect to at least first maritime data sensing unit. The water temperature sensor module is externally connected to the first maritime data sensing unit and is coupled to the operation control unit through the said second interface module.
