Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a driving assistance method applied to an vehicle. The method includes establishing a database, the database pre-stores a plurality of keywords, the keywords are defined as words related to traffic; obtaining electronic texts of traffic laws and rules; extracting keywords from the electronic texts according to the database; generating a plurality of trigger conditions according to the extracted keywords; and obtaining current driving parameters of the vehicle, and when the driving parameters meet one of the trigger conditions, sending a driving assistance command to the vehicle. The invention also provides a vehicle.
