Zusammenfassung:	The present invention pertains to a dry powder containing edible and non-edible parts of immature beans, said dry powder satisfying the following (1) to (8). (1) The ratio of the non-edible part of the immature beans to the edible part thereof is 1-200 mass% inclusive in terms of dry mass. (2) The moisture content is equal to or less than 20 mass%. (3) The value in Munsell color system is equal to or more than 7. (4) The chroma in Munsell color system is equal to or more than 3. (5) The hue in Munsell color system is 5Y to 10Y or 0GY to 10GY. (6) Before ultrasonication, the specific surface area per unit volume of the dry powder particles is equal to or more than 0.05 m2/mL. (7) Before ultrasonication, the standard deviation of the particle size distribution of the dry powder particles is equal to or less than 200 μm. (8) After ultrasonication, the number-based average diameter of the dry powder particles is less than 30 μm.
