Zusammenfassung:	A near-eye display device includes a light sensor, a color changing film, an enable signal generator and a display. The light sensor is used to sense an ambient light intensity to generate a light intensity information. The color changing film receives an image light beam. The color changing film is activated according to an enable signal to reduce a radiation energy of the image light beam between a setting spectrum range to generate an adjusted image light beam. The enable signal generator is used to generate the enable signal. The display is coupled to the light sensor, receives the adjusted image light beam and the light intensity information, and adjust a light intensity of the adjusted image light beam to generate a display image according to the light intensity information.
