An annular support protrusion (27) that surrounds a container opening (26) is positioned in a recessed surface section (23) of the lid mechanism (2). A dispensing structure body (50) comprises a flange (51) fixed to the recessed surface section (23) and a hollow circumferential wall (52) protruding upward inside the flange (51). The support protrusion (27) is positioned within the circumferential wall (52) when the dispensing structure body (50) is arranged in the recessed surface section (23).
