Zusammenfassung:	A handle lamp includes a housing and a light emitting device. The housing is provided with a connecting portion and a receiving portion connected to the connecting portion. The connecting portion is adapted to be directly or indirectly connected to a bicycle handlebar. The light emitting device is arranged in the receiving portion and includes a circuit board and a light emitting element, a photosensitive element and a power source electrically connected to the circuit board. The photosensitive element can transmit a signal to the circuit board according to the light intensity, and the circuit board drives the light emitting element to emit light in a first mode or a second mode according to the signal.
