Zusammenfassung:	Various solutions for downlink control information (DCI) format design with respect to user equipment and network apparatus in mobile communications are described. An apparatus may receive a DCI format from a network node. The apparatus may retrieve an indicator from a fixed position of the DCI format. The apparatus may determine whether a supplementary uplink (SUL) is configured according to the indicator. The apparatus may perform a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission according to a determination result.
