Zusammenfassung: | A touch sensor includes a first electrode, a second electrode spaced apart from the first electrode, and an insulating material disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. At least one of the first electrode and the second electrode is energized, and there is an energy difference between the first electrode and the second electrode. At least one of the first electrode and the second electrode can be a force object. When the force object is not forced, the touch sensor does not generate an electrical signal. When the force object is forced, a force point will be deformed and the distance between the force point and another will be changed so as to determine the generation of a tunneling current. The touch sensor generates the electrical signal depending on whether the tunneling current is generated or not. Accordingly, the present invention solves the problem of touch limitation caused by the conventional touch and has good touch sensitivity. |
