Card edge connector and assembly of the same

A card edge connector includes an insulative housing, a plurality of conductive terminals retained in the insulative housing and a metal element fixed on the insulative housing. The insulative housing defines two sidewalls extending along a longitudinal direction, two endwalls disposed on the longitudinal ends and connecting the two sidewalls, and a central slot between the sidewalls and the endwalls, the conductive terminals are arranged in both sidewalls in the longitudinal direction and projecting into the central slot.
