The battery housing is configured to mount a battery, and has a first electrode, a second electrode, a first conductive contact, and a second conductive contact. The first electrode and the second electrode are respectively electrically connected to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the battery. The first conductive contact and the second conductive contact are disposed on an outer surface of a first end of the battery housing. The second electrode is electrically connected to the second conductive contact. The ignition portion is disposed at a second end of the battery housing and includes an electric heating element.
