Zusammenfassung:	A vehicle positioning system, a vehicle positioning method and a mobile device are provided. The vehicle positioning system includes: a vehicle and a mobile device coupled to the vehicle. The mobile device establishes communication with the vehicle. The mobile device receives a time interval and a minimum displacement. An application of the mobile device obtains a first location at a first time. When a difference of a second time point and the first time point is greater than the time interval and a distance between a second location and the first location is greater than the minimum displacement, the application obtains the second location at the second time point.
