Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a solid oxide electrolysis cell test and a hydrogen generating device, which is provided with a supporting mechanism for clamping a battery unit in a high temperature furnace, wherein the supporting mechanism is respectively attached to an anode and a cathode of the battery unit by an anode and a cathode conductive shunt plate, the anode and cathode conductive shunt plates are respectively provided with two current terminals and a voltage terminal in a symmetrical portion, and a gas transmission mechanism and a fuel transmission mechanism are respectively connected to the anode and cathode conductive shunt plates, and when the gas transmission mechanism and the fuel transmission mechanism respectively introduce air and a required fuel into the battery unit via the anode and cathode conductive shunt plates for reaction, the efficiency of the battery unit can be detected by the external device via the current and voltage terminals. In the case of hydrogen production, the two current ter
