Zusammenfassung:	When a first battery module (22) is viewed from an electrode side of unit cells (26), the unit cells (26) are arranged in straight lines in a substantially parallel first direction, while also being arranged in straight lines in a second direction inclined relative to the first direction. Electrodes of the unit cells (26) adjacent to each other in the first direction have different polarities, and electrodes of the unit cells (26) adjacent to each other in the second direction have the same polarity. The first battery module (22) has lead plates (30c-30f) for connecting in series the unit cells (26) adjacent in the first direction and connecting in parallel the unit cells (26) adjacent in the second direction.
