Zusammenfassung: | The object of the present invention is to provide an optical film having an adhesive layer attached thereto and a liquid crystal display device comprising the same, wherein the optical film comprises an optical film, and an adhesive layer which is laminated thereon and formed of an adhesive composition comprising: (A) 100 parts by weight of (meth)acryl-based resin; (B) 0.08-2.5 parts by weight of an isocyanate-based crosslinker; (C) a silane compound; and (D) a selected ionic compound represented by formula 1, wherein the (meth)acryl-based resin of (A) contains a repeating unit derived from alkylacrylate having a homopolymer whose glass transition temperature is less than 0 C (a1) and a repeating unit derived from alkylacrylate having a homopolymer whose glass transition temperature is 0 C or greater (a2), and on a gel permeation chromatography (GPC) discharge curve, has a single peak in the weight-average molecular weight range of 10,000,000-2,500,000.
