A bone material/fish material processing method is carried out with a processing device and includes a cutting step of cutting the bone material/fish material into a plurality of pieces, a steaming step of steaming the pieces with a steaming unit, a pressurizing and heating step of operating a pressurizing and heating unit to generate superheated steam in a pressurized space to process the pieces, and a drying step of drying the pieces so that the pieces are hydrolytically soluble and crispy. With the bone material/fish material processing method of the invention, the bone material/fish material, such as poultry/livestock bones, fish heads, fish bones, fish tails, and fish scales, which are otherwise difficult to use or eat, can be hydrolyzed to provide a crispy and powdery product and can be for subsequent productions of biotech products or direct consumption.
