Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a peeling apparatus for a laminate to effectively peel substrates. According to the present invention, the peeling apparatus comprises: a peeling start part forming means inserting a predetermined part of a knife from an end of a laminate, in which at least three substrates are attached to be able to be peeled off, into at least two interfaces, which are interfaces between adjacent substrates to form at least two peeling start parts; a peeling means bending at least one substrate among the at least three substrates and sequentially performing peeling from the peeling start part of the interface of the at least two surfaces as a starting point; and a control means controlling the peeling start part forming means to sequentially insert the knife into the interface of the at least two surfaces to form the at least two peeling start parts and controlling the peeling means to sequentially perform peeling from the peeling start portion of the at least two surfaces.
