Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a touch display device, which comprises a light emitting module, a touch sensing module, a circular polarizing layer and a transparent cover plate. The touch sensing module andthe circular polarizing layer are stacked on each other to be disposed on the light emitting module, and the circular polarizing layer is provided with a liquid crystal molecule stacking layer. The transparent cover plate is arranged on the touch sensing module or the circular polarizing layer. The system utilizes the liquid crystal molecule to form the circular polarizing layer and avoid using asupporting substrate and any adhesive, thereby greatly reducing the overall thickness for facilitating bending.
