Zusammenfassung: | A food preservation, storage and quantitative dispensing structure comprises: a machine body, an inert gas cylinder, a vacuuming device, and a storage box. The vacuuming device may create the vacuum condition simultaneously for both the preservation and storage space and the dispensing space. The inert gas is used to extend the preservation period of particulate food so that the particulate food will not be easily deteriorated, getting moldy and rotten for maintaining food nutrition and safety. Furthermore, the rotation of the measuring rod of the storage box may drive the particulate food entering the dispensing space. Once reaching a predetermined quantity, the driving motor is controlled to stop the rotation, so as to achieve the automatic quantitative dispensing. A manual operation device is mounted in the storage box near to the measuring rod for driving the measuring rod to able to manually rotate and dispense the material, so as to achieve the function for manual/automatic quantitative dispensing. |
