Zusammenfassung:	A set of procedures and system to facilitate supplier audit includes audit flow which is driven by collecting objective fact for audit finding, and system which can support implementation of this viewpoint by following modules. An interface can upload compiled customer checklist in fixed format or by key-in and restored in cloud database. An App in auditor's hand held mobile device to enable collecting objective and factual finding by marked photo or film and tagged by keywords. Using information retrieval scheme to provide appropriate checklist items for matching and pairing then proposed audit report for review and finalizing. An administrative function of notification for auditor and auditee by email link to download audit summary report is available.
