Zusammenfassung:	This invention relates to a method for culturing fruiting bodies of Phellinus robiniae and its extract thereof. The culturing method comprises: preparing a solid culture medium contains barley, jobstears (Coix lacryma-jobi L.) and red sorghum; inoculation a specific proportion of a Phellinus robiniae hyphae solution to the solid culture medium; irradiating the solid culture medium contains the Phellinus robiniae hyphae solution with a LED light source for 8-12 hours every day and cultivating for 6-9 months to obtain Phellinus robiniae fruiting bodies. The Phellinus robiniae fruiting bodies were extracted by an ethanol solution to obtain a Phellinus robiniae extract. The Phellinus robiniae extract contains polyphenols and flavonoids, and can regulate immune system.
