The optical glass comprises P and Al as positive ion contents, and O and F as negative ion contents, and has a refractive index (nd) of greater than 1.50, and a coefficient of linear expansion having a maximum (alpha[max]) of smaller than 1500*10K within a temperature range between a vitrification temperature (Tg) and a yield point (At).
