Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a method for preparing biodiesel and glyceryl triacetate. The method for preparing biodiesel and glyceryl triacetate includes the steps of mixing the acidic metal compound, the weakly acidic metal compound and water in proportions, forming a solid metal oxide catalyst after extrusion molding and high temperature sintering, and filling a tubular reactor with the solidmetal oxide catalyst for transesterification and exchange esterification to produce fatty acid methyl ester and glyceryl triacetate. By means of the high activity and stability of the solid metal oxidation catalyst, the process continuously produces fatty acid methyl esters and glyceryl triacetate and obtains high conversion efficiency.
