An in-tube fluid leak detection system which comprises a console and a plurality of detectors. The console has a database. The plurality of detectors are mounted outside a tube with fluid flowing therein, and are spaced apart in a suitable distance along the lengthwsie direction of the tube; each detector has a pressure sensor which can be placed in the tube to measure the pressure value of the fluid and has a signal transmitter electrically connected to the pressure sensor. The pressure value measured by the pressure sensor of each detector is continuously transmitted, in the form of a signal, by its electrically connected signal transmitter to the database for storage in the database. The console then integrates the pressure values measured by the pressure sensors of the plurality of detectors in the database and analyzes the pressure difference, so as to determine the location where the tube has a fluid leakage.
