A cross-platform analyzing and display system of clinical data is provided in the present disclosure. The major processing module collects and generates a plurality of clinical medical data, which includes a clinical data collection module and an automated acceleration module. The automated statistical module performs a statistical analysis on the data of the major processing module using a plurality of regression diagnosis methods to generate an analysis result. The verification module verifies a disease matrix and the analysis result of the automated statistical module according to at least a plurality of paper of the clinical data corresponding to a first clinical medical database.
