Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a brake device suppressing wrong positioning or coming off during braking. The brake device includes: a placing part having a rectangle shape in a plane view, and on which a division object is placed with multiple division prediction positions determined in parallel with each other at equidistant intervals; and wrong positioning control parts formed independently from each other by being matched with each side of the placing part. Each of the wrong positioning control parts forms a comb shape arranging multiple unit tooth parts, extended towards a side end part of the placing part, at equidistant intervals from the division prediction positions. The unit tooth parts, facing each other, are placed in equidistance from one division prediction position. At least when the brake is opened, each of the wrong positioning control parts is placed in a wrong positioning control position when divided from the division object fixed on the placing part.
