Zusammenfassung:	A stylus includes a shaft; a protrusion of a single crystal diamond disposed in a tip of the shaft; and a spherical portion of the single crystal diamond disposed in a tip of the protrusion, in which a {100} plane is disposed in a top tip of the spherical portion, and the protrusion includes a {111} plane and a {110} plane distributed within an annular region on a side of the shaft rather than the spherical portion, and the {110} plane and the {111} plane protrude within the annular region.
