PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial radio communication system that can reduce a disconnection risk or the like of signal lines at movable sections of various apparatuses installed in an industrial facility and on the top of that, can improve the degree of freedom of design for industrial facilities.SOLUTION: An industrial radio communication system 10 includes: a PLC 12 for at least monitoring the inside of an industrial facility; at least one master radio device 18 connected to the PLC 12 via a field bus 16; a plurality of slave radio devices 22 installed on respective apparatuses 20 for communicating with the master radio device 18 by radio; a connection processing unit 30 for performing a radio connection process between the master radio device 18 and the slave radio devices 22; and a transmission/reception processing unit 36 for transmitting and receiving data between the master radio device 18 and the slave radio devices 22 by radio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
