Zusammenfassung:	This transparent conductive coating composition is characterized by containing chain conductive inorganic particles, a binder, a high-boiling-point solvent and a low-boiling-point solvent, and is also characterized in that the content of the chain conductive inorganic particles is 40-90% by mass relative to the total mass of the chain conductive inorganic particles and the binder. A transparent conductive film of the present invention is characterized by being formed using this transparent conductive coating composition. In addition, an in-plane switching liquid crystal display panel and an in-plane switching liquid crystal display panel with a built-in touch panel function of the present invention are characterized by using the transparent conductive film of the present invention as a transparent conductive film thereof.
