Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method which can control microorganisms in an aqueous system with high efficiency. In a method for controlling microorganism in an aqueous system, a drug which comprises a combination of a chlorine-containing oxidizing agent and sulfamic acid or a salt thereof or comprises chlorosulfamic acid or a salt thereof and an inorganic or organic slime-controlling agent are used in combination. The method preferably involves a step of adding the drug simultaneously or prior to the addition of the slime-controlling agent. For example, the method may involve a step of adding the drug and the slime-controlling agent to a site at which slime trouble is detected.
