The present invention provides an ink drying device which imparts an injection energy to superheated dry steam of heating and drying saturated steam so that the particles of the superheated dry steam refined and clustered, imparts an impact energy to the clustered superheated dry steam so that the particles of the clustered superheated dry steam further miniaturized to produce nanometer superheated dry steam, supplies the nanometer superheated dry steam in the excess of saturation into a chamber disposed with the substrate to form an oxygen-free environment in the chamber, and makes the nanometer superheated dry steam permeated in molecules and molecular interface of the ink under the oxygen-free environment so as to impart an energy of the nanometer superheated dry steam to the ink, so that the moi
