The neutron-ray capture therapy system (1) is provided with an irradiation chamber (4A) which can irradiate neutron-ray in an irradiated body; an irradiation portion (8A) irradiating the neutron-ray in the irradiation chamber (4A); a therapy bench (2) capable of moving in and out of the irradiation chamber (4A); a control portion (27) configured outside the irradiation chamber (4A), possessing a semiconductor element and controlling the motion of the therapy bench; and a sending cable connected to the therapy bench (2) and transmitting signals between the control portion (27) and the therapy bench (2).
