Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a crossed roller guiding assembly and a scribing device having a crossed roller guiding member. The crossed roller guiding assembly comprises a crossed roller guiding member which has a fixed guiding member and a movable guiding member which are arranged to be movable relative to each other, crossed rollers being arranged between the fixed guiding member and the movable guiding member; a fixing member fixed to the fixed guiding member; and a movable member fixed to the movable guiding member. The movable member comprises a bottom part and a flange, the bottom part faces a bottom part of the movable guiding member and a bottom part of the fixed guiding member, and the flange bends from the bottom part and contacts with the movable guiding member. A preloading structure is arranged on the bottom part in a position opposite to the flange.
