Power wire retraction device and contactless insulated trolley using the same

The objective of the present invention is to provide a power line insertion device (10) capable of supplying power more stably and a contactless insulated trolley (50) comprising a power line insertion device. According to the present invention, the power line insertion device (10) has a first connection port (1a) and a second connection port (1b), which are connected to a supply line (20) supplying power to a power receiving coil (31b) contactlessly by electromagnetic induction. The first connection port (1a) has a first drawing part (1ab) drawn to a second supply line (20b) from a first supply line (20a), and a first extended part (1ac) crossing the first drawing part (1ab). The second connection port (1b) has a second drawing part (1bb) drawn to the first supply line (20a) from the second supply line (20b), and a second extended part (1bc) crossing the second drawing part (1bb). An installation member (2) overlaps the first extended part (1ac) and the second extended part (1bc), when seen from a plane, and
