Logarithmic proliferation fermentation method and apparatus therefor

A logarithmic fermentation proliferation method comprising mixing ultrafine food powder with water, adding sugar into the liquid mixture, heating the mixture for saccharification, cooling the mixture, adding microorganisms into the mixture, agitating the mixture to cause the microorganisms to ferment, forming bulk growth of the microorganisms, and passing the mixture through a Venturi to impinge on a baffle to break up the agglomerated microorganisms so as to make acids. The growth rate of the microorganisms is quickly up to density of 109 per cubic cm in a saturated state.
