Pusher assembly and match plate for test handler

The present invention relates to a pusher assembly and a match plate used for a test handler which supports a test of a semiconductor device. The pusher assembly according to the present invention includes: a pressing portion installed on an installation plate for pressing a semiconductor device; a preceding portion provided in an advanceable and retractable manner relatively to the pressing portion for making contact with an insert in advance before the pressing portion makes contact with the semiconductor device, when the pressing portion is advanced toward the semiconductor device to press the semiconductor device loaded on the insert; and an elastic body for elastically supporting the preceding portion in a direction of pressing the insert. In addition, the match plate according to the present invention includes the pusher assembly.
