Zusammenfassung:	A method for producing powder containing anammox bacteria is provided, in which the method includes the following steps: (A) mixing 20-60 parts by weight of antifreeze agent with 40-75 parts by weight of anammox-containing media to form an anammox-containing mixture, the anammox-containing media contains anammox bateria, the antifreeze agent includes PEG or DMSO; and (B) freezedrying the anammox-containing mixture to generate the powder containing anammox bacteria. The powder so prepared is thus convenient for transportation and storage purposes.
