Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a UV-curable adhesive composition for a touch panel, whereby an optical member such as a display unit can be obtained having good productivity and good curability and adhesion, and in which there is minimal damage to an optical substrate, and whereby an optical member (touch panel) can be obtained having high adhesion to a substrate and high adhesive strength even when the UV-curable adhesive composition is applied to an optical substrate, and the applied layer thereof is subsequently irradiated with ultraviolet rays and then bonded to the optical substrate. The present invention is characterized by including a compound (A), a compound (B), and a polyurethane compound (E) obtained by reacting a compound (C) and a compound (D). Compound (A): a hydrogenated polybutadiene polyol compound. Compound (B): a polyisocyanate compound. Compound (C): a (meth)acrylate compound having at least one hydroxyl group. Compound (D): a diol compound other than compound (A).
