Touch panel, and touch input device having uniform sensitivity over the touch surface with improved resistance feature

Disclosed is a touch panel wherein a driving electrode having a plurality of driving electrode-cells and a sensing electrode having a plurality of sensing electrode-cells are formed on the same layer, each sensing electrode-cell wrapping, in the upward, downward, right and left directions, the driving electrode-cell which is capacitively coupled to each sensing electrode-cell. The sensing electrode-cell comprises a vertical segment extending in the upward and downward direction and a horizontal segment extending in the right and left direction, the width of the horizontal segment having a form which gradually becomes thicker and then gradually becomes narrower again from one side end toward the other side end of the horizontal segment.
