The input shaft (6) and a wave generator (16) installed on the input shaft (6) are fixed in axial direction; therefore, a motor can be easily installed. A bearing housing (21) of the second input bearing (8) that supports the input shaft (6) is clamped by a fastening bolt (22), and an annular sleeve (15c) of a flexible external gear (15) is fixed on an output disc (4) tightly. The bearing mechanism of the input shaft (6) can be formed in a simple structure and the flexible external gear (15) can be fixed onto a fixation mechanism of the output disc (4) without performing tapping and convex processing to the annular sleeve (15c).
